Latest - new US customs policy
For you, the product price stays the same: our retail price minus 19% VAT.
What has changed: the previous de-minimis threshold of $800 was removed. That means all parcels to the US are now subject to import duties and taxes, regardless of order value.
The exact amount depends on the product category and possible additional tariffs set by US customs.

We keep it simple – flat rates, no surprises:
- Germany: 6 €
- European Union: 15 €
- UK, Switzerland, Norway & Co.: 19 €
- USA, Canada, Asia & Middle East: 39 €
- Rest of the world: 49 €
- Special regions (e.g. Channel Islands, Gibraltar, Kosovo): 69 €
The price is always the same – no matter how many items you order.
For orders outside the EU we automatically deduct 19% VAT from the retail price.
Depending on your country, local customs and import duties may apply upon delivery. These fees are set by your local authorities and are outside of our control.
Please be aware that customs might control international shippings. This can cause a delay of the delivery lead time from the carriers:
Shipping time Germany: 1-3 days
Shipping time Europe: 3-10 days
Shipping time Worldwide: 7-14 days
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and transport company details as soon as your parcel has been shipped. Please make sure to also check your Spam folder in case you can't find this email.
Most packages are sent with DHL and can be tracked via the German DHL website - link below for German and English language settings:

Currently we do ship worldwide. If your country isn’t in the list of destinations at checkout, please contact our client service and we will check for you.
Exchange / Problems
The easiest and best way is by returning any item(s) within fourteen (14) days after receiving your order for a full refund and placing a new order with the size(s) wanted right away or after return and refund.
To exercise this, send back the item(s) to our warehouse within fourteen (14) days after receiving- the deadline is met if the parcel is sent out within that time.
Please include a filled out return form to the parcel in order to speed things up upon arrival. Return costs are on you. The return address would be:

We will refund you the full item(s) and in case the whole order is returned also the shipping costs paid for the order within fourteen (14) days but latest with the arriving of the parcel.

Unfortunately we can only take care of orders that came through this website directly (https://dudes-factory.com/).
Orders that got paid elsewhere, always need to be handled directly with the company / location you bought at - here are some contacts from Dudes branded stores that might help you:

If your tracking seems to be stuck - which is mostly due to the import process at customs - please be patient and keep an eye on the tracking.
Please make sure to also check if your tracking provides a link to a local delivery carrier - for further tracking within your country and a domestic tracking number (e.g. in the US, DHL hands over the parcels to USPS for delivery).
If there is no link or no tracking update for 14 days, please get in touch with our client service (client@dudes-factory.com) - after 14 days of no tracking updates we can start an international search request. Before that we can't really do much for you.
Don’t accept the package so it gets returned and take pictures ideally with time stamp.
If accepted already, please get in contact with our customer support (client@dudes-factory.com) and you will be provided with further instructions.

Return
You have the right to withdraw from the contract (order) within fourteen (14) days after receiving your order without giving a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you have to inform us with an unequivocal statement (eg a letter consigned by mail, by telephone or e-mail) about your decision. The easiest option is to write to our client service (client@dudes-factory.com).
Also you need to send back the item(s) to our warehouse within fourteen (14) days after the withdrawal- the deadline is met if the parcel is sent out within that time.
Please include a filled out return form to the parcel in order to speed things up upon arrival. Return costs are on you. The return address would be:

The three key points for your return are the following:
- Inform us within fourteen (14) days after receiving the order
- Send back the item(s) within fourteen (14) days after your withdrawal
- Include a version of the return form to your parcel - you can download it here: return form
We will refund you the full item(s) and in case the whole order is returned also the shipping costs paid for the order normally within fourteen (14) days of the withdrawal but latest with the arriving of the parcel.
For the refund it is the same method of payment that you‘ve used in the original transaction, unless we expressly agreed something else with you.
A statutory right of withdrawal does not belong to the case of contracts for the supply of goods which are not suitable to return for reasons of health or hygiene reasons and for goods which were unsealed after delivery. For example if the item(s) have been clearly used and or washed before they get returned we might not accept the return.
