Heyo! Here are terms and conditions for our competition running on The Dudes Berlin and Legeland in celebration of our in-store launch.
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is The Dudes (“we”, “us”, “our”).
2. Competition Period
The competition runs from Wednesday, 26 November 2025, until Thursday, 27 November 2025 (inclusive). The giveaway opens when the post is published and closes at 11:59 PM on 27 November 2025.
3. How to Enter
• Entry is free and open to anyone with a valid Instagram account.
• To enter, participants must:
1. Like the competition post
2. Follow @thedudesberlin and @legelandofficial
3. Comment on the post tagging a friend
• Entrants may enter as many times as they like by tagging different friends.
• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
4. Prizes
• There is one (1) prize to be won: Legeland apron signed by Sebastian Lege, awarded to both the winner and the tagged friend (1 each).
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
• Winners will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message and announced in our stories or posts.
5. Judging and Winner Selection
• The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
• The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of being notified, a new winner may be selected.
6. Eligibility
• Open to residents aged 18 years and over, unless otherwise stated.
• Employees of The Dudes and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
• This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
7. Content Guidelines
• Comments must not contain any offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content.
• By entering, you grant The Dudes permission to use, repost, or share your comment and Instagram handle for promotional purposes.
8. General
• We reserve the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time without notice.
• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
