The Dudes Instagram Giveaway – Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is The Dudes (“we”, “us”, “our”).
2. Competition Period
The competition runs daily from Thursday, 31 October 2025, until Friday, 7 November 2025 (inclusive). Each day’s giveaway will open at the time the photo is posted and close at 11:59 PM on the same day.
3. How to Enter
• Entry is free and open to anyone with a valid Instagram account.
• To enter, comment on the competition post by telling us what you think happened in the photo supplied.
• The funniest comment, as determined by our judges, will win the prize for that day.
• Entrants may enter as many times as they like.
• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
4. Prizes
• There is one (1) prize to be won each day — a The Dudes T-shirt.
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
• Winners will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message and announced in our stories or posts.
5. Judging and Winner Selection
• Entries will be judged daily by The Dudes team based on humour and creativity.
• The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of being notified, a new winner may be selected.
6. Eligibility
• Open to residents aged 18 years and over, unless otherwise stated.
• Employees of The Dudes and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
• This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
7. Content Guidelines
• Comments must not contain any offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content.
• By entering, you grant The Dudes permission to use, repost, or share your comment and Instagram handle for promotional purposes.
8. General
• We reserve the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time without notice.
• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
