My order has arrived damaged. What should I do?
Don’t accept the package. If accepted already, please get in contact with our customer support and you will be provided with further instruction.

What is the expected delivery time of my order?
Germany: 2-5 working days
Europe: 5-9 working days

Worldwide: 7-14 working days

Where can I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number and transport company details after your parcel has been shipped. You can track the package via the links below:

Which countries do The Dudes ship to?
We do ship worldwide. Please make sure that the correct store-view is chosen. If your country still isn’t in the list of destinations, please contact our client service and we will integrate it.

What are payment methods are accepted?
Depending on which country you’re from you have a choice of one of the following payment methods:

Advanced payment

Where can I find the invoice for my order?
After your transaction has been completed, you’ll automatically receive an invoice via email. International orders will also have a copy of the invoice included in the parcel for customs.

There is a problem with my shipping. What should I do?
Please get in contact with our customer support. They will contact the transport company and try to find a fast solution for you.

How can I find the article I’m looking for?
Please use the search function on the top right corner of the website. If there is no match, get in contact with our customer support. The article might be from an older collection.

I don’t like the article that got delivered! Can I exchange it?
Within 30 days after receiving the products, you can send everything back on your own costs - equivalent to our RMA guidelines.

My order contains the wrong products! What should I do?
